If you arrive by car:

If you arrive from Milan or Bologna, once you passed Padua run the motorway “Autostrada A4” towards Venice (do not run the “Bretella Nuova”).
Arrived in the Tangenziale di Mestre, get out at Quarto d’Altino (last exit before the tollbooth).
Do the same if you arrive from the Venice Marco Polo Airport.
Residence Venice is located in Via Giovanni Pascoli 2, between te “Anni Azzurri” (residence for elderly people) and the “Best Western Airvenice” hotel.
Coming from Udine and Trieste run the motorway “Autostrada A4” towards Venice ed get out at the tollbooth “Venezia EST” and then take the exit “Quarto d’Altino”.

If you arrive by train:

If you arrive at the Residence Venice by train, you have to get off at the Quarto d’Altino train station.
From Venezia Santa Lucia or Venezia Mestre, catch the regional train towards Portogruaro or Trieste Centrale: Download timetable and map here
Get off the train and take the subway, paying attention not to go out the wrong side: You have to get where the ticket shop is.
From the train station, take the Via Gramsci on the left and go straight on until the crossing with Via Torcello.
Turn right heading North and run Via Pascoli (which is parallel to Via Gramsci) until you reach number 2.
Residence Venice is located between “Anni Azzurri” (residence for elderly people) and “Best Western Airvenice” hotel.

If you arrive at the Venice Marco Polo Airport:

It is possible to get to the Mestre train station in 20 minutes by catching the Fly Bus from the airport. Once at the station, take the train towards Portogruaro or Trieste Centrale as explained above: See timetable and map here

If you arrive at the Treviso Canova Airport:
Take the bus to the Treviso Central Bus Station and get on the bus n.108 towards Lido di Jesolo and get off at Quarto d’Altino: See timetable here

If you arrive by ship at the Venice port:

Walk until the Venezia Santa Lucia train station and catch the regional train towards Portogruaro or Trieste Centrale and get off at Quarto d’Altino: Download timetable and map here
